QualifAI
A team planning around a board
About

We build for the week after the show

QualifAI is a B2B event lead intelligence platform for organisations that exhibit at trade shows and industry events.

Our mission

Make every exhibition accountable

Exhibiting is one of the largest discretionary lines in a B2B marketing budget — and one of the least measured. We built QualifAI to close that gap.

The platform exists because the conversations that happen at a booth are genuinely valuable — and almost always wasted. Not through a lack of effort, but through a lack of system.

QualifAI gives exhibitor teams a single place to capture, understand, prioritise and follow up on every lead an event produces — delivered as a web application for planning and reporting, and a companion mobile app for capture on the show floor.

The result is simple: better follow-up, fewer lost leads, and a defensible answer when someone asks what the show was worth.

How we build

Four principles we don't trade away

Outcome over mechanics

We talk about what the platform delivers at your booth, not the machinery behind it. Your team should never need a technical briefing to sell better.

Built for the floor

Show halls are loud, fast and patchy on connectivity. Everything is designed for seconds-per-capture and offline reality — not ideal conditions.

Consent-first intelligence

Conversation capture happens with visitor consent. Trust at the booth is worth more than any single record.

Commercial in confidence

Scoring methodology, data sources and models are proprietary and deliberately kept off the public site. Outcomes are what we publish.
